Do you struggle with low mood, motivation, or finding enjoyment in things that once felt meaningful?
Do you often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or on the verge of burnout? Does it sometimes feel like your mind and body are disconnected, leaving you feeling stuck or out of touch with yourself?
Are you simply looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the emotions and experiences you've been carrying on your own?
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. For many people, reaching out for support feels vulnerable, uncertain, or even like another place where they need to have all the answers or "perform" well. When you're already struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, or emotional overwhelm, opening up to someone new can feel like a lot to carry.
My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, and I strive to meet each person where they are rather than where they feel they "should" be. Using an individualized approach tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals, we'll work together to better understand what you're going through and identify meaningful ways to move forward.
I aim to provide a safe place where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we can explore difficult emotions, navigate life's challenges, and develop tools that help you feel more connected to yourself and your values. My hope is that through our work together, what you're carrying begins to feel a little lighter and more manageable.

Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology at the University of Ottawa
Chloé is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a graduate of the University of Ottawa, where she earned a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an Honours Thesis within the University's Social and Moral Development Lab, where she developed strong research, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice skills that continue to inform her clinical work.
She completed her clinical practicum within a private psychotherapy practice, where she provided psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families presenting with a wide range of concerns.
Alongside her clinical work, Chloé has developed a strong and diverse foundation within the mental health field through her experience as a psychotherapist (Qualifying), psychological report writer, and administrative assistant in private psychology clinics. These experiences have strengthened her skills in clinical assessment, case conceptualization, evidence-based treatment planning, psychological report writing, and collaborative client care.
Chloé currently works within a private practice supporting children, adolescents, and adults. She has also volunteered with Kids Help Phone as a Crisis Responder, providing emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals experiencing distress. In addition, she has completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) workshop, further strengthening her skills in suicide risk assessment, collaborative safety planning, and crisis intervention.
Together, her clinical, volunteer, and research experiences have provided her with a broad understanding of mental health across the lifespan and continue to shape her compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centred approach to therapy.
More than just my work
I have two long-haired dachshunds (more commonly referred to as sausage dogs), and if you ask me about them, I can probably talk for hours. Fair warning: if you ask to see pictures, I will happily oblige!
I recently discovered a love for running. There's something about an early morning run with good music that helps me feel grounded and energized for the day!
My happy place is sitting on a dock by the water with a good book in hand. –
