Words from Landon…
Do you ever feel like you’re just not good enough, no matter how hard you try? Do you wake up feeling already behind?
Or maybe you feel stuck in improving your relationship? Or your child struggling to manage their big feelings?
Life can feel overwhelming at any age. You are not alone.
Whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, attachment concerns, or major life transitions, it can be hard to know where to start or how to move forward.
I work with children (12+), teens, adults, and couples (coming soon), using a collaborative and individualized approach that’s tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Together, we explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful strategies for growth and healing.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and valued—so you, your child, or your relationship can move toward lasting change and a greater sense of clarity and balance.

Landon is a Registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He is also a Yorkville University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
Over the past year he has worked with a range of populations working with individual clients and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, attachment concerns, or major life transitions.
Landon also has a background working with kids at the Children’s Aid Society. In this work, Landon gained valuable experience helping families create plans to improve the quality of life and care for children. He was able to fine-tune his conflict resolution skills in high stress situations involving clinicians and police services.
Landon’s interest for working with children was sparked in his involvement with Best Buddies where he worked closely with special needs children, promoting social interaction, developing appropriate life skills, and fostering self-confidence and self-efficacy.
Landon has a remarkably deep sense of empathy and compassion for the individuals and couples he supports. He is both grounded and down-to-earth, while providing a touch of humour and a spark of motivation for his clients to become their best self.
trauma-informed care
If you’ve been through something painful, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words, you deserve a space where you feel safe, understood, and not pressured to “just move on.” Trauma can show up in so many ways—anxiety, numbness, anger, self-doubt, trouble trusting others, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the world around you.
In our work together, you’re in control of the pace. My role is to listen without judgment, help you feel grounded, and support you in rebuilding a sense of safety and strength. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened—it means finding a way forward that feels calmer, more connected, and more manageable.
Why I do what I do
Growing up, my father was a firefighter, and I watched him show up for people on some of their hardest days. Seeing his courage and compassion taught me the importance of being there for others, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
That sense of responsibility—to support, protect, and help my community—has shaped who I am and inspired me to pursue this work. Therapy became my way of carrying that forward.
Walking the talk: sports and health habits
With a background in powerlifting, I understand the pressure, discipline, and emotional ups and downs that come with training and competition. Whether you’re dealing with performance anxiety, struggling with a setback, recovering from an injury, or trying to reach new goals, I’m here to support both the mental and emotional side of your journey.
Together, we can work on building confidence, developing healthier habits, and strengthening the mindset that helps you perform at your best—inside and outside the gym.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with friends, getting a workout in, or leaning into my inner nerd by building computers and learning how things work from the inside out.
Whether it’s time in the gym or piecing together a custom PC, I love projects that challenge me and keep me grounded.
I believe those everyday moments—laughing with friends, moving our bodies, or getting absorbed in a hobby—are a big part of what makes life meaningful.
I want clients to feel comfortable bringing their interests into the room too.
