Do you feel like you’re carrying more than you can share, unsure where to even start?
It can feel overwhelming when everything builds up inside, and the thought of opening up feels like too much, even when a part of you really wants to.
Many people experience this push and pull between wanting to talk and not knowing how or where to begin. In our work together, there’s no pressure to have it all figured out or to share everything right away. We take things one step at a time, creating a space where you can simply breathe.
My focus is on building trust through empathy and understanding, helping you feel safe enough to move at your own pace. Together, we’ll reflect and gently explore what’s been holding you back, uncover the deeper feelings beneath the surface, and help you start to feel lighter and more at ease within yourself.
Are you tired of feeling like you have to hide your emotions or “be strong” all the time?
Sometimes we learn that showing emotion makes us vulnerable, so we keep things in, even when it hurts. In therapy, you don’t have to keep pretending to be okay. This is a space where you can set down the weight you’ve been carrying and allow yourself to be seen, just as you are.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to finally feel at ease, seen, and supported in your healing journey?
Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but it begins when you feel safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to offer that kind of environment. One where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, connect with your inner strength, and rediscover what peace and self-compassion can feel like.
If you’re curious, let’s start with a 15-minutes phone consultation. No strings attached.

A little bit about andi
“After work, you can find me either at my happy place, my home or out shopping, going to the gym, or reading a book. I’m always finding ways to decompress, whether that’s watching a stand-up comedy show on Netflix or YouTube, or simply relaxing with a warm blanket and a cup of tea on cozy winter days.
I used to dance when I was younger and was part of different dance groups, where we performed hip hop, contemporary, and afro-dance (everything except ballet). We often traveled to perform in competitions, and while I really enjoyed those experiences and happened to be quite good at it, I’ve never been much of a stage person.
Every once in a while, whenever I have time, I enjoy trying out different recipes. Even though they don’t always turn out as planned on the first try.”
